刘占孟，博士（后），教授，硕士生导师，国家注册公用设备工程师（给水排水），国家注册环境影响评价工程师。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，主持江西省自然科学基金、江西省重点研发计划、江西省教育厅科技项目等十余项；在《Journal of environmental management》、《SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION TECHNOLOGY》等国内外期刊上发表学术论文60余篇（第一作者或通讯作者），其中SCI收录近30篇，授权专利4项，主编（第一）专著2部；主持污废水处理项目、土壤场地环境调查项目、环境影响评价项目、饮用水源地划分项目、环境司法鉴定项目、环境规划项目、清洁生产项目等共计数十项；主编（第一）教材3部；主要研究方向为城市水环境保护与修复、污（废）水处理新理论与新技术。
